Q: How is the product delivered?

For the standard licenses, upon registering to the client area and receipt of your payment, our servers will generate the required registry keys, and you will be provided with an immediate download link within the client area. Every order of higher value (above $1000 USD) will be verified via phone.

Q: Is there a trial available?

Yes. Click here to sign up for a free 21-day trial. The downloadable product is provided, ionCube encrypted (no source code).

Q: I'm trying to run the Trial version, but I'm getting the following error - Site error: the file requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_4.3.so to be installed by the site administrator. What do I do?

The Tree Trial version is encoded with ionCube encoder and you need to have ionCube loader installed, which is free and can be downloaded from this location: http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php. For more information about ionCube, please visit www.ioncube.com

Q: What happens when my trial expires. Can I extend it?

No, you can not. Once the trial expires, your website will still be visible to public, but you will no longer be able to log in to Administration area. If you choose to purchase a valid license afterwards, you will be provided with new download package that can easily override your trial website, keeping all the data and template/layout mods intact. Your site will continue to work normally.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately - no. We provide our customers with every opportunity to try the product, including a 21 day free trial. However, since the software is actually a intangible goods, after the product has been purchased we cannot offer a refund.

Q: Can I purchase a single website license to evaluate the software, and then upgrade for only a difference in price?

Yes, you can purchase a standard license and then upgrade to the desired one by paying only the difference in price. More details available on Upgrade License page.

Q: Do you offer discounts for non-profit or educational organisations?

We offer 30% discount on Standard and Professional edition to schools and non-profit organizations. To request a non-profit discount you need to send us an official e-mail from your organization's account.

Q: Can I remove "Powered by Vivvo" branding? What do I need to do to remove it?

All licenses except Standard one include Private Label, meaninig you'll able to put your own brand. With Standard license you can still purchase the Private Label option for $95 per website.

Q: What is the difference between the Developer and Corporate license? Don't they both allow unlimited number of domains?

True, but the Developer license cannot be used by more than one individual at the same time for the development purposes. In contrast, Corporate license is for all developers/individuals who are a part of a single collective entity, organization, enterprise or corporation.
